Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Project Manager III – Infrastructure to oversee the full PM lifecycle for Technology Engineering programs. You will validate requirements, lead communications, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery across complex infrastructure projects in data center environments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a track record of delivering strategic, multi-workstream programs for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Seven or more years of Project Management experience.
• Experience building detailed technical project plans and task dependencies.
• Experience working in data center environments.
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of complex Technology Infrastructure deployments.
• Develops project plans and manages scope, schedules, communications, quality, resources, procurement, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Validates requirements and creates Work Breakdown Structures to mitigate scope creep.
• Serves as the primary contact for project updates to all stakeholders.
• Provides periodic reports and metrics to executive representatives.
