Job summary

Royal Electric Company is looking for a Project Manager to support Infrastructure projects in California. You’ll lead from preconstruction to closeout, build strong relationships with GC's, owners, and vendors, and drive budget and schedule adherence.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, plus proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and ProCore. The role requires travel and a valid driver's license, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Understand construction process from design to close-out, with bid analysis and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors and Project Owners.
• Be the point person from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team understands the project.
• Coordinate between Field Operations and Preconstruction and implement the plan.
• Review construction documents and prepare RFIs with clear inclusions/exclusions.
• Estimate revised documents and provide cost clarifications.
• Create subcontracts and align terms to limit company risk.
• Coordinate with Contracts on scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify long lead items and track procurement to schedule.
• Set up project budget with Estimating for buyouts and cost recognition.
• Monitor budget, labor tracking, and project milestones.
