Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects of varying scopes/sizes.
• Experience with subcontracts and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Structure the project department to staff teams according to project needs.
• Coach and develop project teams for growth and success.
• Develop growth plans for team members and anticipate staffing needs.
• Promote collaboration and innovation across all levels.
• Identify and manage key client relationships and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Estimating and Support Operations.
• Ensure startup, kickoff, construction, milestones, closeout and debrief processes.
• Monitor budget, schedule and resource allocation.
