Job summary

Royal Electric Company is hiring a Project Executive (PX) for our Infrastructure Group in Northern California, including the Pleasanton area. This leader will drive project strategy, staffing, client relations, and execution across multiple concurrent programs.

You will build high-performing teams, coordinate with Preconstruction and Estimating, manage risk, and ensure financial success through the Royal Proven Process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects and developing direct reports.
• Experience with subcontracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff and structure project teams to align with project needs.
• Develop client and vendor relationships to secure future work.
• Ensure project startup, planning, execution and closeout per Royal Process.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and resources for performance.
• Engage with leadership on strategy and culture.
