Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Partner Success Engineer, Infrastructure in San Francisco to drive joint success with strategic infrastructure partners. You will blend deep technical consulting, partner lifecycle ownership, and AI-native workflows to enable deployment across self-hosted, on-prem, edge, and cloud environments.

In this role you’ll run live demos, design deployment architectures, and shepherd onboarding, adoption, and expansion with OEMs, distributors, and cloud providers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles.
• Ability to run demos, POCs, workshops with enterprise partners.
• Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion.
• Lead joint technical validation with POCs and evaluations.
• Track adoption, usage, and expansion; travel to partner sites as needed.
