Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Partner Success Engineer, Infrastructure to drive joint adoption with a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners. You will guide deployments across self-hosted, on‑prem, edge, and hardware platforms, engaging engineers and executives to align technical and business goals.

You’ll lead demos, POCs, and architectural guidance, owning onboarding, enablement, expansion, and advocacy, while shaping product direction for partner ecosystems. Travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, deployment engineering, partner or enterprise CS with a technical focus.
• Track record blending partner or customer ownership with technical depth: solution and deployment design, hands-on troubleshooting, and commercial growth.
• Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers.
• Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows; troubleshooting L1 issues; able to operate across self-hosted, on-prem, edge deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners across developers, platform ML engineers, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
• Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, deployment guidance, benchmarking, troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations.
• Lead joint technical validation: scope and run POCs and evaluations across various deployments including self-hosted and edge.
• Run discovery to surface partner problems and translate into actionable product requirements.
• Identify and scope expansion with Sales; activate partner channels to reach customers; lead executive business reviews.
• Support joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with Marketing; drive awareness and channel activation.
• Act as the voice of the partner internally; influence roadmap, GTM strategy, and tools to support partners.
• Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion; travel to partner sites as needed.
• Operate AI-native by default; build tools and workflows that eliminate recurring work.
