Job summary

Deepgram, Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Engineer, Infrastructure to collaborate with enterprise partners, developers, and platform engineers to drive adoption of Deepgram’s AI-powered voice APIs across self-hosted and cloud environments.

You will own the partner lifecycle, run technical demonstrations, guide deployment architecture, and help expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, and cloud providers, balancing technical depth with business impact.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in technical, customer-facing roles in API-driven or AI companies.
Ability to run technical demos, architecture discussions, and troubleshooting.
Proven track record in partner lifecycle management and channel growth.
Strong communication across technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical advisor for strategic infrastructure partners across multiple environments.
Own partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion, advocacy.
Drive joint adoption via live demos, workshops, benchmarks, and troubleshooting.
Lead joint technical validation with POCs across self-hosted, on-prem, and edge deployments.
Identify partner problems and translate into actionable product requirements.
Support co-marketing and joint go-to-market with partners and Marketing.
