Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Partner Success Engineer, Infrastructure to drive joint adoption with strategic infrastructure partners. You’ll own architecture guidance, enablement, and expansion across on-prem, self-hosted, and edge deployments, working with developers, platform engineers, and CIO/CTO stakeholders.

You will lead technical validation, deliver demos, and shape deployment architectures for partner environments while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to co-sell and co-market these

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, deployment engineering, or partner/customer CS.
• Proven ability to own partner lifecycles from onboarding to expansion and advocacy.
• Experience discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows with enterprise stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with containers/orchestration and inference hardware across self-hosted or cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners.
• Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
• Drive joint adoption through live demos, deployment guidance, and benchmarking.
• Lead joint technical validation including POCs across self-hosted, on-prem, and edge deployments.
• Run discovery to translate partner needs into product and engineering requirements.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and activate partner channels to reach customers.
• Support co-marketing and GTM efforts with Marketing to drive awareness and adoption.
• Act as the voice of the partner to influence roadmap, GTM, and tools.
• Track adoption and travel to partner sites as needed; operate AI-first by default.
• Demonstrate the AI-native operating model through workflows that reduce recurring work.
