New Relic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join IT Engineering, focusing on network infrastructure and enterprise AI enablement. You will build and operate networks for our global workforce, automate repeatable tasks, and own key platform components.

You will partner with Security, Compliance, Facilities, IT Support, and Engineering, lead projects, and shape the roadmap. Experience with Meraki, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Terraform, and scripting is valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall) and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude or similar).
• Proficiency in a scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and experience building against REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices.
• Troubleshoot office network issues including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and DNS.
• Manage ISP relationships, circuits, outages, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities/Security.
• Design and operate AI enablement tools and security controls for AI usage.
