Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Smart Infrastructure, Industrial IoT, or related markets.
• Proven track record in enterprise platform sales or complex solution selling.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with consulting firms, system integrators, or strategic technology partners.
• Understanding how partner ecosystems contribute to business growth and customer success.
• Experience developing new markets, growing strategic accounts, or launching new business initiatives.
• Understanding the commercial realities behind large-scale infrastructure and transformation programs.
• Comfortable discussing business value, operational challenges, and transformation objectives with both technical and business audiences.
• Able to connect customer challenges with practical and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business development strategy for the Infrastructure & Public Services market across the United States.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, operational leaders, and industry stakeholders.
• Uncover high-impact customer challenges and translate them into value-driven opportunities.
• Help customers define their journey toward AI-native operations and measurable operational outcomes.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers including, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, to expand DataMiner’s presence within the Infrastructure and Public Services ecosystem
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners such as Accenture, Capgemini, PwC, Deloitte, Kyndryl, and other leading industry players.
• Define and prioritize target subsegments, use cases, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Value & Growth team, Solution Engineers, and Sales teams to translate market needs into scalable business opportunities.
• Represent Skyline at industry events, executive briefings, partner programs, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Capture market insights, customer feedback, successful use cases, and repeatable engagement patterns that help accelerate growth.
