Job summary

TransGrid Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Data Center Sales to build and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on land, power, and long-term capacity agreements for hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and data center operators.

You will own the go-to-market strategy, drive bookings and revenue, and coordinate across development, land, engineering, and finance to convert opportunities into executable projects while traveling 30-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in data centers, digital infrastructure, power or energy infrastructure, critical facilities, commercial real estate, colocation, or related.
• 5+ years leading quota-accountable sales or commercial teams with measurable bookings or revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value infrastructure transactions.
• Experience building and converting a qualified pipeline and coordinating land, power, utility, or capacity work.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and growth of Data Center Infrastructure business and build a qualified pipeline.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for data center power and infrastructure solutions.
• Lead a high-performing commercial organization accountable for bookings, revenue, and forecast accuracy.
• Structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with development, land, engineering, power, finance, legal, and construction teams to align demand with feasibility.
