Job Description

This large municipality requires assistance with swapping out their old phone system hardware. They are also looking to install Microsoft Teams hardware, including phones and headsets. The right candidate will be able to:

1. Perform factory resets on phone hardware
2. Assist in configuring Microsoft Teams client settings
3. Field incoming issue/problem tickets and escalations from end-users to resolve systems issues
4. Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution
5. Establish and maintain liaison with business partners and TS to provide effective technical solutions
6. Resolve and escalate incident requests as appropriate
7. Ensure IT solutions meet client needs

Hours are Monday and Wednesday starting at 6am-5pm; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-5pm. All work is onsite at the client location.
