Title: Senior Program Manager/ Executive IT Program Manager (Gaming & Hospitality Focus)

Location: Remote (travel required 1-2 times a month)

Type: Part-Time (20 hours a week)

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with 15–20+ years of proven leadership in large-scale technology initiatives, specifically within gaming, hospitality, M&A integration, and cloud transformation. The ideal candidate will drive complex programs, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business value, especially in fast-paced and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of enterprise technology programs across gaming, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
• Drive complex M&A integrations, including IT design, infrastructure buildout, vendor management, and business process alignment.
• Manage large-scale cloud transformation projects (AWS, Azure), including migration, hybrid cloud, and cost optimization.
• Oversee DevOps practices, including automation (Ansible, Terraform), containerization (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, risk assessment, and vulnerability management are integral to all initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align business goals and technical solutions.
• Implement Agile, Hybrid, and PMI methodologies to improve delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets ($50M+), financial forecasting, and vendor contracts to ensure ROI.
• Provide executive-level updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
