POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Program Manager is responsible for managing complex provider-facing technologies & solutions with multiple cross-team integration points using various methodologies. The IT Program Manager manages program schedules, costs, and quality proactively, making recommendations aligned with program objectives. This role leverages technical knowledge, best practices, and organizational dynamics to remove impediments and mitigate issues and risks. The IT Program Manager will mentor others on agile, waterfall, and project management methodologies, driving continuous improvement. This is an individual contributor role focusing on managing a variety of IT-related projects.
