Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers in home and community settings.

You'll conduct developmental assessments, provide OT services, and collaborate with families to support each child’s goals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. The role offers flexible hours, sign-on bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services in home and community settings.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, including homes, daycares, and centers.
• Prepare progress reports and re-assessments bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
