You will work in client homes and communities with a supportive team, shaping plans in line with IFSPs and family goals.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop strategies to meet developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills and ensure progress generalization.
