Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers and their families in California.

You will assess, treat and coach families within IFSP, collaborating to reach developmental goals in home and community settings. Enjoy flexible scheduling, sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Experience with pediatric/early intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and develop strategies with families.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environments, including homes and community settings.
• Provide reassessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
