Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services in California seeks licensed occupational therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers and their families.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Pediatric Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and OT services using parent coaching model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and co-develop goals with families.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress.
