Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to work with infants and toddlers in home and community settings. The role follows Individualized Family Service Plan goals and uses family-centered coaching to empower caregivers.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services following the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop strategies to meet developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, including homes, daycare centers, and community settings; virtual services available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
