Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is hiring a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in California.

You will work directly with families to support developmental goals in the child’s natural environment. Qualifications

• California OT license is required.
• Pediatric experience with Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Apply family-centered coaching to build caregiver skills and ensure progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment: home, daycare, community settings.
• Write progress reports bi-annual and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA/state regulations.
