Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our home-based Early Intervention team in California. You will work with infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings to support developmental goals.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing family-centered strategies, and preparing progress reports while coordinating with IFSP plans and families to ensure meaningful outcomes for children and their caregivers.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Pediatric/EI experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
