Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers, with flexible schedules and a multidisciplinary team offering therapy across domains.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow IFSP and work with families to develop strategies to help each child reach developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress generalization.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and/or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (HIPAA and state/federal regulations).
