Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Industry Leader to manage a team of Industry PDMs and PDSs, driving partner-led growth across Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will own and execute end-to-end industry strategy, engaging senior executives and shaping joint GTM plans globally.

You will coach your team, design growth mechanisms, and ensure execution across both depth and growth motions, delivering measurable outcomes and scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading large teams in matrix structures.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience thinking strategically about enterprise software and new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Industry team across FSI and HCLS.
• Set vision, goals, and priorities for industry practice; translate direction into team charter.
• Establish governance and operating mechanisms for accountability and pipeline reviews.
• Own end-to-end FSI and HCLS partner industry strategy with measurable goals.
