Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an industry leader to manage a team of Industry Partner Development Managers and Partner Development Specialists, driving growth in FSI and HCLS verticals. You will shape end-to-end strategy, hire and mentor a high-performing team, and align partner capabilities with AWS priorities.

This role reports to the WW Industry Leader within the PG&S organization and requires strategic stakeholder engagement, executive alignment, and governance design to scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading large, matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead a high-performing industry team across FSI and HCLS.
• Own end-to-end industry strategy with measurable goals.
• Establish governance and partner GTM alignment across orgs.
• Drive GenAI and Agentic AI innovation strategy.
• Collaborate with AWS leadership and cross-functional partners.
