Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive growth across our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts in the U.S. and abroad.

You will lead business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing, developing high‑value client relationships and coordinating with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver high‑quality projects. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith
