CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to accelerate the growth of our Industrial unit by identifying opportunities, winning projects, and growing key client accounts across CDM Smith’s target markets.

The role combines business development with client service management, collaborating with senior project managers and our technology group to deliver high-quality projects while expanding market presence and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects
• Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith
