Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Manage client service and strategic marketing efforts to grow key accounts.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high‑quality projects.
• Partner with our technology group to leverage tools that improve project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and profitability for CDM Smith.
