Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong water/wastewater background to grow our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and manage key client accounts across CDM Smith’s industrial markets.

You will lead client engagement, strategy, and marketing with senior project teams, build high-value relationships, and collaborate with our technology group to deliver quality projects while contributing to profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel depends on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S. including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies contributing to growth and CDM Smith profitability.
