Stantec is seeking an Industrial Water Client and Market Development Lead to drive growth across the US North region and beyond. This role blends strategic client development, pursuit leadership, account management, and technical excellence to deliver innovative water solutions.

Reporting to the US North Regional Leader, you will manage strategic pursuits, build strong client relationships, and mentor teams while collaborating with Practice Leaders and Pursuits Team to align expertise with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution; master’s degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

Grow and strengthen industrial water client relationships through strategic account management and collaboration with Project Managers, Account Managers, and regional leadership.
Lead and support strategic pursuits, proposals, cross-selling, and client and market development initiatives that expand Stantec’s Industrial Water presence across industries.
Provide technical leadership and/or project management across industrial water opportunities, including treatment, reuse, process water, wastewater, and related infrastructure.
This is a seller-doer position with approximately half time on business development and half on project work.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, and mentor junior staff to develop future leaders.
