Job summary

Stantec seeks an Industrial Water Client and Market Development Lead to grow our Industrial Water practice across the US North region and beyond. You will combine strategic client development, pursuit leadership, account management and project delivery to provide innovative water solutions.

You will lead and mentor teams, collaborate with account managers and regional leaders, and leverage global expertise to advance growth, manage risk, and deliver high-profile projects in multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen industrial water client relationships through strategic account management and development.
• Lead and support strategic pursuits, proposals, and client/market development initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and/or project management across industrial water opportunities and projects.
• Balance business development activities with project work as a seller-doer.
