Job summary

PTS olutions is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to support our customers’ manufacturing processes by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing tool and MRO industrial vending machines at customer sites. Some remote support is possible, with onsite visits for installs and replenishments.

The role includes travel to customer facilities 20% of the time, and the candidate must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a HS diploma to operate a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating and logging service tickets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine at each customer, remotely and onsite as required.
• Communicate with all customer personnel in a timely, professional manner.
• Replenish products quickly to meet customer demand in VMI programs.
• Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies with continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with local Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager regarding accounts and best practices.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (pick, load, pack, label, ship).
• Receive, sort, and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Travel: 20%.
