Job summary

PTSolutions, a leading supplier of industrial tools in the Midwest, is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tool and MRO vending machines at customer sites in the Detroit area and surrounding region. The role includes on-site visits, remote support, and collaboration with Field Sales and VMI teams.

The position offers a first-shift schedule with no weekends, paid holidays and vacation, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer calls daily and log service tickets.
• Maintain accurate inventory for each machine remotely and onsite.
• Coordinate with local Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Travel: 20%.
