Responsibilities

• Install and set up vending systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Train customer teams on system operation and inventory best practices.
• Conduct cycle counts, restocking, and basic machine calibration.
• Maintain accurate customer and product information in our database.
• Partner with sales and inventory teams to resolve on-site issues quickly.
