Job summary

PTSolutions in Michigan is seeking a Vending Support Specialist to join our team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tool and MRO vending machines at customer sites, with remote support from our facility and on-site visits as needed.

The role requires traveling up to 20%, responding to calls, managing service tickets, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with Field Sales and VMI Manager to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ to drive
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot vending machines
• Answer calls and log service tickets
• Maintain inventory for each machine remotely and onsite
• Communicate professionally with customer personnel
• Respond to replenishment and product-line requests in VMI programs
• Coordinate with Sales and VMI managers on accounts
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Receive, sort, and place materials
• Travel up to 20%
• Assist with additional duties as needed
