Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• EPC business development experience in industrial markets with client relationships in power utility sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the foreground of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
