Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Development lead for Industrial transformation in the Automotive & Manufacturing domain within the AWS ISS NAMER team. This role focuses on driving cloud adoption, connecting OT pain points to AWS services, and building executive-level relationships with manufacturing leaders to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Automotive & Manufacturing tech problems.
• 5+ years Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years Enterprise Modernization and Migration tech, incl. Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall market share and strategy for Automotive & Manufacturing industries.
• Define and execute strategic plan aligned with AWS direction with internal stakeholders.
• Size segments, engage customers/partners including ISVs and SI's, and GTM.
• Be the expert for AWS capabilities in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Build pipeline with key prospects and partners; accelerate deals.
• Translate manufacturing challenges into cloud solutions with AWS services.
• Interact with manufacturing line-of-business buyers beyond IT procurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; engage in events and thought leadership.
• Present business reviews to senior management on progress and roadblocks.
• Support contract negotiations and liaise with legal/compliance.
• Handle high volume engagements in the cloud market.
