Qualifications

10+ years of building and leading large teams in a matrixed structure.
Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and cross functional teams.
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Industry Specialists to drive AWS market and technical strategy for Manufacturing and Automotive.
Define and execute a strategic market development plan with internal stakeholders.
Identify key customers and partners including ISVs and System Integrators.
Build business development pipeline by engaging with prospects and partners.
Guide product direction with development teams based on customer requirements.
Present business reviews to senior management on progress and roadblocks.
Manage complex contract negotiations with legal.
Handle a high volume of engagements in the fast-paced cloud market.
