Job summary

Rayzan InfoTech LLC seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for industrial tilt-up projects across the Washington, D.C. metro area.

You will coordinate site logistics, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget, and develop three-week look-ahead schedules. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and project-management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience leading field operations and coordinating multiple trades.
• Tilt-up construction and sitework experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and site safety programs.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and field personnel.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Ensure construction meets contract requirements, quality standards, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate site logistics, mobilization, equipment, manpower, and temporary utilities.
• Work with the Project Manager to maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and present three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and tickets.
• Identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor subcontractor scope and minimize change orders.
• Lead punch-list activities and project closeout.
