Job summary

Rayzan InfoTech LLC seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for industrial tilt-up projects across the Washington, D.C. metro area.

You will coordinate site logistics, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget, and develop three-week look-ahead schedules. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and project-management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience leading field operations and coordinating multiple trades.
• Tilt-up construction and sitework experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and site safety programs.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Major Industrial Construction Projects Across the Washington, D.C. Metro Area

We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to lead field operations for industrial tilt-up construction projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Our projects range in size and include significant sitework. Current and upcoming projects are located along the 66W Corridor, Manassas, VA, Bristow, VA, Rockville, MD, and Upper Marlboro, MD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction leader who takes ownership of the jobsite and enjoys working with subcontractors, trades, inspectors, and project teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and field personnel.

• Build strong, professional relationships with subcontractors and project partners.
• Enforce company safety and quality‑control policies throughout the project.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong field leadership and jobsite management experience.
• Experience with tilt-up construction and sitework preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, manpower, equipment, and contract administration.
• Experience working for a large commercial contractor or comparable organization.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree is preferred but not required.
