Job summary

Client Builders is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee industrial tilt-up building projects in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. These projects require extensive site development and sitework coordination.

Current upcoming projects are located in the 66W corridor, Manassas, VA, Bristow, VA, Rockville, MD and Upper Marlboro, MD. Project Managers plan, coordinate, and oversee from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, procurement strategies, and execution plans with the team.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract negotiations, and scope management.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change orders, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, project documentation, owner communications, and contract administration.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee construction activities and complex building systems to meet quality and schedule targets.
