Job summary
ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an Industrial/Tilt Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to lead day-to-day field operations on projects nationwide. You will manage construction tasks from day one, promote safety, manage schedule and budget, and ensure work meets specifications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a project lead Superintendent.
- Experience completing ground-up Industrial projects, preferably in Northern California.
- Ability to meet physical demands and possess a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Attend post-award reviews to obtain project info for preplanning before construction.
- Collaborate with the project manager to plan schedules, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Direct total construction to meet specs and deadlines while maintaining quality and profit.
- Coordinate subcontractors and integrate their work with project schedules and progress.
- Maintain project progress reports, requisitions, and cost accuracy.
