Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Light Industrial / Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The ideal candidate will manage tilt-wall and light industrial builds, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating site logistics, and leading field teams from sitework through turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Proven tilt-wall and/or light industrial construction experience.
• Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and sequencing.
• Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, safety, and quality.

• Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up light industrial, warehouse, distribution, and tilt-wall projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Oversee tilt-wall construction activities including layout, embeds, panel erection, structural steel, and building enclosure.
• Oversee sitework, foundations, concrete, steel, MEP, interiors, and exterior scopes.
• Maintain strong focus on safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Review plans, RFIs, submittals to identify issues before they impact schedule.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate project priorities.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to resolve field issues and maintain momentum.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Assist with punch list, commissioning, closeout, and turnover activities.

We are seeking an experienced Light Industrial / Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in tilt-wall construction, understands the full project lifecycle from sitework through turnover, and can effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and field operations. • Conduct daily site walks and monitor progress, quality, and workmanshipMaintain a strong focus on project safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to identify potential issues before they impact the schedule
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate project priorities
• Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership
• Assist with punch list, commissioning, closeout, and turnover activities
