ARCO Companies is seeking a Superintendent to lead tilt-wall construction projects in the Richmond area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a lead superintendent on tilt-up projects and will drive on-site activities to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, enforcing safety and quality control, and managing subcontractors and schedules. ARCO offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth in a national GC environment.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years as lead superintendent on tilt-up projects.
• Experience on 100k sf minimum jobs preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team organization.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction kickoff and plan project details.
• Develop construction activity schedules and manpower allocations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and equipment to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety and quality control policies on site.
• Prepare progress and cost reports for management.
