Position – Superintendent – Industrial Tilt-Wall Construction

Location – Houston, Texas

Salary – $120K-$140K

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial tilt-wall projects including warehouses, distribution centers, and light industrial facilities.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing all on‑site construction activities from ground‑up through project completion. The ideal candidate has deep, proven expertise in tilt-wall construction methods and sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on industrial tilt-wall projects
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Manage tilt-wall processes including slab prep, embeds, panel casting, and erection
• Maintain project schedule, safety standards, and quality control
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors
• Resolve field issues and keep work progressing efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years Superintendent experience in Industrial construction
• Extensive industrial tilt-wall experience is REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of tilt-up sequencing and warehouse construction
• Ability to manage fast‑paced, multi‑trade job sites
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
