EIS is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Specialist to bridge industrial products with customers' needs. You will translate complex concepts into clear value and guide the technical sales cycle with account executives to secure quotes and contracts.

Based in Tulsa, OK, this on-site role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with engineering and sales teams, and delivering precise, actionable product recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience of proven Industrial sales and support experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, and problem solve effectively.
• Knowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Explain Industrial products in simple terms to non-technical buyers, while earning the trust of internal and external client engineers
• Guide the end-to-end technical sales cycle in collaboration with account executives, to secure contracts and/or quotes
• Submit requested reports as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrates helpful and effective telephone etiquette and customer service skills by providing appropriate information to callers
• Attends required training sessions and staff meetings as scheduled and assigned
• Must be able to attend key meetings on-site and maintain visibility with assigned outside sales representative and customer base
