Dynamatic in Wisconsin is hiring an Industrial Sales Specialist to manage inside technical sales, business development, and key accounts in a hybrid onsite role.

You will respond to inquiries with technical quotations, grow the Industrial and Municipal markets, and collaborate with engineers and production teams to deliver customized drive solutions. Travel about 20%, onsite in Sturtevant, WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales or customer service experience in technical/manufacturing environments or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to understand industrial products and applications.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and applications for our drives and related products.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, accurate technical quotations.
• Manage orders, quotations, and sales transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities in key vertical markets and grow industrial and municipal accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and document feedback.
