Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven sales acumen.
• History of meeting client conversion & sales targets.
• Experience using activity targets to deliver results.
• Experience qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
• Proven record in negotiating pricing.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with and growing relationships with new and current clients to understand their needs and introduce Randstad staffing solutions.
• Hitting and exceeding sales targets, growing market share, and closing profitable deals.
• Work closely with recruiting to match talent to client needs.
• Be the primary client contact, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing questions.
