Brightsmith, a leading industrial power and electromechanical services company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky through Louisville. This field-based role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and the opportunity to own a growing territory.

You will win new business and grow existing accounts by engaging maintenance, operations and plant leadership, and by delivering power-management solutions across electromechanical repair,

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, account management or business development.
• Experience with electric motors, rotating equipment, electromechanical services, pumps, industrial maintenance or field services is relevant.

• Winning new customers and developing your territory
• Growing and expanding existing accounts
• Building relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership
• Identifying opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services
