Job summary

Cisco Air Systems, a DXP company, is seeking an experienced scheduler to coordinate technician schedules and customer communications. You will ensure PO/CC compliance, maintain accurate customer and equipment information, and manage parts staging for jobs.

The role requires prior scheduler experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills; CRM experience is a plus. Office environment, Monday–Friday, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Scheduler experience required.
• Proficient in computer use; minimum 2 years.
• CRM experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling assigned technicians.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedule daily.
• Ensure all scheduled jobs have PO#/CC#.
• Ensure all customer info/equip info is accurate and current.
• Pull parts from warehouse for job and load on staging shelf.
