Job summary

CertaSite is seeking a scheduler to manage field crews' workflow, coordinating with service managers, office staff, technicians and customers to keep jobs on track. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor daily schedules, allocate field activities, handle emergency assignments, and adjust plans as conditions change.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Thorough understanding of standard scheduling procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all field projects after communication with internal/external departments.
• Ensure field crews have sufficient work and report irregular performance to supervision.
• Monitor field performance for management reports (productivity, utilization, overtime, travel time).
• Manually allocate field activities including travel time, emergency work, and equipment rentals.
• Manage real-time schedule adjustments due to resource changes or business conditions.
• Coordinate with operations and HR on tracking new hires for visibility and documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing for job-specific materials.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
